Nicole Louise does not tell you your future — she supports you in gaining clarity and empowering you to create it.
2. Personal Responsibility
All readings are offered in good faith. However, you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following a reading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicole Louise will not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken by you following a reading.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:
- Legal
- Financial
- Medical
- Psychological
If you require advice in these areas, you should seek a qualified professional.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law which cannot be excluded.
5. Eligibility
By booking a reading, you confirm that you are:
- 18 years of age or older, or
- Have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
Bookings are made for yourself unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice, and you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable
If Nicole Louise is unable to provide the scheduled service, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
8. Confidentiality
All readings are treated as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Disclaimer
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that:
